Delivery:

- International: 10-20 business days
- Orders are shipped from facilities worldwide.
- Customs and tax fees may apply on international orders and are assessed by the local customs office.
- If an order has yet to arrive, customers should check their shipping confirmation email, local post office, and neighbours before contacting us with their order number. If a mistake was found in the delivery address, we could send a replacement order, but shipping will be at the customer’s cost.

- If a customer receives a wrong/damaged product, they should contact us at within a week with photos of the damaged product and their order number.
Returns:

- Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

What is your ticket return policy?
We only offer refunds or exchanges on tickets if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. In the case of a cancelled event, we will issue a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you can’t make it to the rescheduled event, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We cannot issue a refund or exchange for lost or stolen tickets. Please keep your tickets in a safe place and treat them like cash.
